We have been providing cleaning services with a high hygienic standard for 32 years, which results from interdisciplinary knowledge, including medical knowledge, of Małgorzata Adams’s manager, the continuous development of hygienic solutions in cleaning office facilities, a trained, aware and responsible team of cleaning service contractors and the ethical attitude of the business owner Tomasz Adams.

We guarantee hygienic cleanliness of the cleaned surfaces at the level of 99.9% reduction of pathogens, because this level is guaranteed by microbiological certificates of the materials and chemicals we use, whose effectiveness is supported by hygienic techniques, methods and cleaning procedures at every stage of cleaning.

WE CLEAN SO TO ACHIEVE 2 TARGET CLEANING OBJECTIVES: AESTHETIC AND HYGIENE
For every cleaning service, we ensure ordering of things, visual cleanliness and health safety, restoring a high hygienic standard of cleaned surfaces. At every stage of cleaning, we reduce not only visible dirt, but also invisible pollution, among others pathogenic microorganisms: viruses, fungi, bacteria, protozoa and other microorganisms (parasites, their eggs, mites) and allergens, toxins … Pure always means healthy in our company.

EVERY OBJECT / OFFICE / APARTMENT WE DIVIDE IN 6 HYGIENIC AREAS (ZONES)

The two main areas are floors and everything above the floor (equipment and surfaces). The surface above the floor is divided into six zones above the floor, five of which are separated for sanitary reasons, and one in order not to damage surfaces sensitive to universal chemistry, e.g. plasma and LCD monitors, and to achieve an aesthetic purpose more effectively, e.g. clean glass surfaces. We dedicate separate materials, buckets and protective gloves to clean some of these 6 zones. We have separate sets for washing, office rooms, kitchens and toilets. Within each of these rooms, we additionally distinguish clean and dirty areas, which we treat with separate cloths, and even separate buckets and gloves. Thanks to this, we eliminate or reduce microbiological threats at the place of their occurrence and avoid cross-contamination, i.e. the transmission of pathogens from the surface to the surface, e.g. from the toilet seat to the door handles or from a room to a room with a different use function, e.g. from the toilet to the kitchen or the room office.

MATERIALS, CLEANING EQUIPMENT AND GLOVES WE MARK AND ASSIGN CLEANED SPECIFIC ROOMS AND SURFACES

Mops, sponge cloths, brushes, gloves, we tie with a color or pictogram (eg toilet) with a specific hygiene zone. By the color of the bucket or a pictogram stuck on it, by the color of the cloth, gloves, we recognize a set of equipment for cleaning a specific room and zone. We have a separate set for the kitchen, a separate set for office rooms and separate sets for cleaning toilets. Thanks to this, we do not transfer visible dirt, biological material, and above all pathogenic microbes from the surface to the surface, e.g. we do not transfer from the toilet seat to the kitchen table or computer keyboard.

We use 6-7 cloth colors to clean every area, including those isolated for hygienic reasons, with a different color. Here is our color code:
We use a red cloth to clean the toilet seats and urinals (dirty toilet area).
Orange, to other toilet areas (clean toilet area).

With a blue cloth, we clean the office equipment and surfaces above the floor (clean zone of the office, kitchen furniture or passageway).
Green bins, stool legs, skirting boards (dirty area of ​​the office, kitchen or passageway).

Yellow for surfaces in contact with food, e.g. kitchen countertops, washing the fridge (kitchen clean zone)

We only use buckets with toilet stickers in sanitary rooms. Thanks to the sticker, we will never make a mistake and use them, for example, when cleaning the kitchen or office.

And of course, we change gloves when cleaning some hygiene zones. We use blue to clean the office, kitchen and passageways, red to clean the dirty toilet area, orange to clean the clean toilet area, yellow to clean the dishes.

WE USE MATERIALS WHICH ARE EFFICIENCY TO REMOVE PATOGENS CONFIRMED BY MICROBIOLOGICAL STUDIES
The cleaning materials used by Master Adams are high-quality microfibers with an ecological Nordic Swim certificate, which by microbiological tests guarantee the highest effectiveness in removing microbes. For example, Duotex cloths and mops remove up to 99.9% of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria and most fungi and viruses in dry and wet cleaning in one stroke, even without the use of chemical preparations. In addition, microfibre cloths that we use in the dirty toilet area are enriched with silver fibers, toxic to pathogens.

WE CARE ABOUT CLEANING OF CLEANING MATERIALS
We only wash mops and cloths in the factory laundry. We wash as often as required by the conditions of the service. Each contractor has unlimited access to clean materials.

WE USE SINGLE MATERIALS FOR CLEANING THE CONTAMINATED SURFACE
We remove dirt with secretions and secretions in order not to contaminate reusable materials. We disinfect the surface and only then continue cleaning, according to our hygienic procedures.

WE USE PROFESSIONAL ORGANIC CLEANING CHEMISTRY
The Werner & Mertz professional ecological cleaning mixtures we use are distinguished by the highest global sustainability certificate Cradle to Cradle and European Ecolabel. They effectively remove dirt and at the same time reduce from 99.0 to 99.9% of microorganisms on cleaned surfaces. They are safe for the users of the cleaned rooms and for service contractors, because they are not petroleum derivatives, like most used detergents, but are made of olive, flax, sunflower. Due to the high level of pathogen reduction and composition of plant origin, the chemistry we use creates a favorable indoor environment for the health of users.

WE USE CERTIFIED PROTECTIVE GLOVES
Depending on the degree of risk associated with performing cleaning treatments, we use gloves with low, medium or high risk. Their quality is confirmed by a certificate in the field of protection against biological agents, chemicals and mechanical damage. We do not use disposable gloves for cleaning. They are not suitable for wet cleaning.

WE CARE THAT GLOVES ARE SAFE FOR US AND FOR OTHER COOPERATIONS
At Master Adams, each contractor signs his gloves to prevent them being used by other people in the cleaning team. We mark them on the edge of the gloves’ cuffs with a pen or permanent marker.
After each work, we clean the gloves from the outside and inside by turning them over. We leave to dry. Thanks to this, we ensure hygienic cleaning procedures, extend the life of gloves, and above all protect our hands against cleaning chemicals and pathogens. If during the cleaning procedures a washing solution gets inside the gloves, wash them, leave to dry and take new ones. We wash and dry our hands before putting on protective gloves. We protect abrasions and cuts with a waterproof plaster and a dressing.

IF WE NEED, WE USE DISPOSABLE GLOVES
We limit the use of disposable gloves, due to environmental protection. The most common reason for their use is the removal of biological impurities – excreta, secretions, blood. We use only once. Used, we throw away the trash. We treat them as contaminated. We remove from hands according to the factory instructions.

WE REDUCE THE RISK TO TRANSFER POLLUTION FROM WORK TO HOME
Before starting work, we tie / fasten / put on hair bands so that they do not have to be corrected during work. We limit the jewelry on the fingers and hands, change into work clothes. We wash our hands after work. Of course, we also wash before work, before breakfast break, before changing the cleaning of some hygiene zones.

WE CLEAN AIR TO VACUUM ROOMS
We buy vacuum cleaners with EPA and HEPA filters with a filtration efficiency of over 99.5%, called bacterial filters. Thanks to this, we provide customers with air purified from suspended dusts, allergens, e.g. mites, mold spores and fungi, bacteria, viruses.

ECO-DISINFECTED
We use a steam device that effectively cleans and disinfects without the use of “militant” chemistry. With a pressure of 6 bar and a high temperature of 165 degrees C, we eliminate almost all live forms of microbes from the surface cleaned at 99.999% and clean the air in sanitary rooms.

WE APPLY THE PRINCIPLES, TECHNIQUES, METHODS, CLEANING PROCEDURES. WHICH GUARANTEE HIGH SANITARY EFFECT
The rules, techniques, cleaning methods, procedures are selected according to the type of contamination, type of cleaning, expected hygienic result. There are many rules, like e.g. that we clean from top to bottom, from clean to dirty, first vacuum the surface, then wash it … etc.
If there is a need to improve the hygienic effect of the treatment, the floor is cleaned before cleaning, dusted with a mop or biodegradable cloth soaked in glue or oil to remove loose impurities, including those invisible, including pathogens.
Floors and other surfaces, also equipment, are cleaned using the two-wither method (we collect dirt in a red bucket and do not transmit them to successively washed surfaces). We never wash with one bucket.

Sometimes we use the simplified two-wither method, in which the blue bucket is replaced with a container with a ready-made washing solution.
We provide a particularly high level of hygienic cleaning safety using the cuvette method, i.e. a single mop or cloth. Once used, they are handed over for washing. We also use this cleaning method for reasons other than just to increase pathogen reduction.
The cloth technique that we use has many advantages, e.g. it significantly reduces the transmission of pathogens e.g. from desk to desk. We work with a folded cloth twice, thanks to which we have 8 small cloths in our hands. which we can responsibly manage.
The mopping technique makes cleaning the floor easier. We wash in a motion similar to the letter Z.

WE DESIGN THIS RANGE OF ACTIVITIES AND THE FREQUENCY OF THEIR IMPLEMENTATION TO ENSURE THE HYGIENE CLEANING EFFECT

We arrange the scope and schedule of cleaning in such a way that not only to achieve aesthetic but also hygienic requirements. Neither we nor our clients use checklists for cleaning activities. However, there are activities that we perform every time, weekly and less frequently. We clean what needs cleaning, when it is needed and in the right way. The scope of activities is only information for the customer about the standard of service declared by us. We do not stick to the scope of activities or the schedule of their performance. When you need to do more, when you don’t need, less. We decide which actions and when to perform and are responsible for these decisions. The effect of the service will be a clean and orderly office. In our team, this solution works because we are honest and committed. For several years, no customer has resigned from our services because of the quality of service.

During cleaning, we treat those surfaces that are often touched by one person or many people, e.g. keyboards, mice, telephones, control panels of office equipment, taps for beverage dispensers, litter bins, door handles, bathroom fittings, doors in places where they are pushed, handrails, etc. We wash them at every cleaning service. Thanks to this, we eliminate microbiological threats or reduce to a safe level. Each of our individual services includes cleaning critical points.

Our office cleaning service is standardized. Regardless of the place of performance of the service and the contractor, the quality of the service, also in terms of the hygienic effect, is very similar. We use the same materials, equipment and cleaning agents in every facility. We carry out our tasks according to the same patterns (principles, techniques, methods, procedures). For example, we put cups in the same way, put on rubbish bags, clean keyboards, clean toilets … A person going for a replacement, feels at home in every other facility / office, and the customer feels no difference in service.

CONTROL AND VERIFICATION OF ACTIONS
We systematically review the quality of our service in terms of the quality of cleaned surfaces, health, human safety, environmental protection and other important issues. We assess, eliminate errors, modify, introduce new solutions adapting to new challenges.

We have exempted from the obligation to perform work, with a parking wage, all employees and cleaning contractors who have a small child / children, look after an elderly person or have chronic illnesses.
Each cleaning service contractor has been equipped with a disinfectant in pocket sizes and we have provided its current replenishment, nourishing hand cream, several reusable face protection masks, wet handkerchiefs.
